Our Cosmetology Curriculum provides instruction on procedures that are highly marketable skills in the Cosmetics industry. Our graduates become experts in the areas of Nail Care, Makeup Artistry, Waxing and Eyebrow and Eyelash Tinting. We also provide training to enable you to become a professional instructor in each program of study.

Cosmetology
     Derma Elite Esthetics offers a Cosmetology Training Pogram designed to train and license learners in all phases of cosmetology. Theory includes professional development; salon ecology and business; and hair, nail, skin and wax services.

Nail Care
     Having beautiful and well-groomed hands and feet, is as important as having beautiful and well-groomed hair.
     Today's nail care involves offering basic manicures and pedicures as well as applying, repairing and decorating artificial acrylic and gel nails.
     Checking the clients' nails for signs of diseases, giving foot and hand baths, foot and hand massages, smoothing away tough calluses, and applying moisturizing oils and lotions are all part of basic nail care.


Make-up Artistry
     Make-Up artistry is an art form. This important skill will allow the artist to apply, remove, and design makeup tailored to each individual's skin tones and skin condition.
     By learning makeup artistry, the opportunities are unlimited. Whether seeking a profession either in the Esthetics Industry, or in film, television or photography, this is a "must know how" course. It guarantees fun and creativeness.


Waxing
     Facial and body waxing results in smoother skin and slower regrowth over time with repeated waxing.
     The hair is removed below the surface of the skin, and new growth is not visible for several weeks after treatment. The new hair that grows in is soft and silky in direct contrast to hair which is removed at the skins surface.


Eye Brow & Eye Lash Tinting
     Those with very pale skin, often accompanied by light blond or near-white lashes and brows will find tinting helps add definition to their facial features.
     Semi-permanent eye brow & eye lash tinting eliminates runny mascara and magically accentuates the eyes. It enhances the features and gives a natural finished look without appearing artificial.
